  • Employee ID: Every time you log in to LiteBlue, you will have to enter the Employee ID. This Employee ID serves as your username on the site so you need to remember it.   • Password: Your USPS Self Service Password is the new security criterion as of April 28, 2014. This password can be used to access a variety of USPS self-service applications including LiteBlue. If you have not set up your password in the Self Service Profile (SSP) application or if you have forgotten your Self Service Password click on this link.

Note: SSP Password must be used for Self Service Web applications and USPS Personal Identification Number (PIN) is used for Self Service IVRs (Interactive Voice Response Systems).
